PRELUB is an electronically controlled lubricator designed to take up minimal space in your CNC operation. Engineered for oil-air lubricated spindles, it supports long service life through precise, controllable and consistent lubricant dosing—ensuring effective bearing lubrication during start-up and shut-down phases.

Precise, adjustable temperatures through reliable delivery of the cooling medium. High-precision control and accuracy reduce axial shaft misalignment caused by temperature fluctuations in the coolant.
Models that we offer are Pfannenberg’s: CCE, EB, and EB ECO series.

IDEA-4S (Integrated Data Evaluation and Acquisition for Spindles) with an IO-Link interface is an intelligent solution for real-time spindle monitoring. Developed by GMN, this easily installed electronic system allows you to evaluate key performance measures, including temperature, vibration, operating history, and more!

The appropriate EMC rules and guidelines must be adhered to in the layout and commissioning of spindles. GMN USA supplies pre-assembled, towed-chain UL and CSA-approved electrical cables and plugs. A few features include temperature-resistant materials the ability to handle high voltage signals.

With high roundness and flatness precision for nearly all standard GMN interfaces, our semi-finished quills allow the customization of the tool interface for any connections. Offerings include:
