Job Summary:

Within a Technical Sales role, you will support customers and the sales team by providing technical sales assistance, preparing quotations, identifying application needs, and helping drive business growth through strong communication and industry research.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers about parameters and output needs for catalog spindles, special application spindles, and support equipment
  • Input sales quotes into our system and provide outline drawings
  • Research our industries and continuously develop ideas for growth and increased sales opportunities
  • Assist customers with product selection and application questions
  • Work closely with engineering, service, and outside sales representatives to support customer needs
  • Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized and accurate customer and sales records

Qualifications:

  • Machine tool experience and knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience in sales
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Willing to go out in the field occasionally for sales presentations, tradeshows, and customer visits
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn; training available.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident

Job Summary:

Within a Shipping and Receiving role, you will support daily operations by preparing and processing shipments, coordinating deliveries, maintaining organized inventory and shipping records, and helping ensure products are handled efficiently and accurately to support customer and business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries and verify shipment contents
  • Support other departments with operational needs
  • Take images of all incoming and outgoing orders
  • Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with local deliveries or pickups when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in shipping
  • Basic computer and technology skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable and team-orientated mindset
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn; training available.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident
  • Must be 18 years or older
