Job Summary:
Within the Repair/Project Manager role, you will support customers by providing repair sales, preparing quotations, identifying application needs, shop management and helping drive business growth through strong communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers about repair information and maintenance recommendations
- Input repair quotes into our computer system
- Managing the repair shop and organizing priority lists for workshop flow
- Comprehend blueprints and technical drawings that get sent to customers
- Work closely with engineering, service, and outside sales representatives to support customer needs
- Follow up on quotations and repair updates in a timely manner
- Maintain organized and accurate customer and sales records
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Technologically savvy
- Willing to go out in the field occasionally for sales presentations, tradeshows, and customer visits
- Work well in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn; training available.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience management, customer relations, and sales
- Knowledge in the manufacturing industry
