Job Summary:

Within the Repair/Project Manager role, you will support customers by providing repair sales, preparing quotations, identifying application needs, shop management and helping drive business growth through strong communication.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers about repair information and maintenance recommendations
  • Input repair quotes into our computer system
  • Managing the repair shop and organizing priority lists for workshop flow
  • Comprehend blueprints and technical drawings that get sent to customers
  • Work closely with engineering, service, and outside sales representatives to support customer needs
  • Follow up on quotations and repair updates in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized and accurate customer and sales records

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Willing to go out in the field occasionally for sales presentations, tradeshows, and customer visits
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn; training available.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience management, customer relations, and sales
  • Knowledge in the manufacturing industry
